Regulations for guests traveling with pets.


The cost per night of admission per pet is $ 300 pesos (This price does not include VAT).

It is mandatory to leave a Security Deposit of $ 600 pesos in cash for each pet, which will be returned at the time of Check-Out as long as the housekeeper has not reported any damage or dirt inside or outside the house. Room that are attributable to the pet.


There will be a charge of $ 200 pesos for washing for each quilt or blanket that the employee reports with the smell, hair or hair of the pet and $ 600 pesos if there are traces of urine or excrement inside the room.


The pet owner must present the Vaccination Card upon arrival, which must be current and the date of the last deworming (no more than 6 months).


The guest will be responsible for covering 100% of the costs involved in the repair or replacement of the hotel property that has been damaged by the pet.


The pet owner agrees to monitor the behavior of the pet in and out of the room at all times during the time it remains in the hotel.


There should be no barking or howling regardless of whether there are guests in your room, especially during the course of the night.


Guests will be credited with a penalty of $ 300 pesos in case of being surprised by the introduction of pets without having previously reported them, in addition, they must also cover the cost of admission of the pet.


Pets WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to remain alone in the room, so if the guest is absent leaving their pet in the room, IT WILL BE CREDITOR OF A PENALTY OF NO LESS THAN $ 1000 pesos.


PETERS WHO PRESENT AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIORS and who may endanger the physical integrity of the hotel staff or guests are NOT ACCEPTED.


As the pet owner, the guest will be 100% responsible for any incident that may occur.
